Jorge Cabieses-Valdes is an artist born in Santiago, Chile (1978). He completed postgraduate studies at Goldsmiths College,
University of London (2008) and University of Chile (2005). From 1994 to 2014 was part of the experimental music project Tobias Alcayota.
Using painting, video and performance, his work researches the impact that taste has on our domestic conventions.
